Win, Fair or Loss? How to Judge Any Trade
Before you accept any trade in Trade Squishy Dumplings, compare the value on both sides. Our simple rule of thumb: a Win is +10% or more in value, a Loss is -10% or worse, and anything in between is Fair.
The +10% Rule
Every dumpling has a community reference value. To judge a trade, compare what you give versus what you receive:
| Verdict | Value Difference | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| Win | You receive about +10% or more | You come out ahead โ good deal to take. |
| Fair | Within +/-10% | Balanced trade โ fine if it advances your collection. |
| Loss | You give about -10% or more | You lose value โ usually best to decline. |

Always Factor in Mutations
A mutated dumpling is worth about x3.5 its base value. If you or the other side has a mutated item, use the mutated value, not the base โ this is where quick judgments most often go wrong. See what a mutated dumpling is worth.
How to Check a Trade
- Add up the value of what you're giving (base value, x3.5 if mutated).
- Add up the value of what you're receiving the same way.
- Compare the two โ is the difference more than +10% or worse than -10%?
Rather than doing the math by hand, use the Trade Value Calculator โ it runs this exact Win/Fair/Loss check for you.
A Better Habit Than "Is It a Win?"
- In the long run, fair trades that advance your collection beat risky +10% flips.
- Chasing big Wins invites scams โ always verify the actual item and mutation glow, not the name.
- Values are community references, not official pricing; cross-check with recent trades.
